Walter S. Mossberg wrote on the Wall Street Journal website, about a test he did with the Kodak EasyShare 5300 All-in-One printer and the Hewlett-Packard Photosmart C6180.

Positive about the Photosmart C6180 printer is that it seems a little bit faster, has integrated networking and seems to print older photos scanned, more brighter and sharper.
Positive about the EasyShare 5300 printer is that has a scanning feature allowing you to have several photos on the scanner while they're automatically printed separately. Plus 4x6 snapshots are sharper and brighter.
